Andrew’s acute knowledge of market dynamics allows him to utilize his extensive expertise to navigate challenges and seize opportunities within key industries.
Prior to his current role, Andrew was a Partner at Summer Street Capital Partners, LLC, where he was engaged in the firm's investment activity and portfolio management where he contributed significantly to its operations.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master’s Degree in International Management from IMHI. Residing in Buffalo with his family, Andrew passionately supports the Buffalo Bills and eagerly anticipates their inaugural Super Bowl triumph.
Herman is integral to Sylhan, offering expert financial oversight and operational support to our leadership. His strong background includes previous CFO roles at I3 Technology Group and ULC Robotics, underscoring his substantial expertise.
Herman earned his BA (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Central Lancashire, UK. Outside work, he is passionate about golf and culinary arts.
Victor drives Sylhan's business development efforts, nurturing enduring client partnerships through meticulous account management and exceptional customer service. His seasoned career includes strategic positions that enrich his role at Sylhan.
Before his tenure at Sylhan, Victor excelled as a Senior Account Manager and Sales Engineer at HC Starck and gained substantial expertise as a Product Engineer at Howmet Aerospace. His early role as a Machinist at Modern Plastics equipped him with an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing sector.
Victor holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. Residing in Northern New Jersey, Victor is married and has three children. In his spare time, he dedicates himself to animal rescue and pursues his passion for martial arts and fitness.
Robert spearheads Sylhan’s profitability and values through strategic leadership in business operations. Collaborating with the leadership team to delineate business goals, he works closely with Department Managers to align company needs and analyzing operational data to ensure the organization's continued success.
Previously, Robert served as the VP of Manufacturing at Sylhan, developing and implementing manufacturing processes that upheld high-quality standards while effectively managing the workforce to meet production goals.
Robert held positions at Superior Electromechanical as a Plant Manager and at Pickering Controls as a Director of Manufacturing, where he managed entire plant operations and sales. He also worked as a Senior Design Engineer and Manufacturing Manager at Pickering Controls, overseeing design, manufacturing, and department scheduling.
Robert is licensed with FAA A&P certificate from Grumman Aerospace in Bethpage and completed extensive training through Sikorsky Manufacturing Engineering Training certificate and Pratt and Whitney Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Notably, Robert's contributions include designing the "Luisi Termination," an innovative electrical anti-vibration termination for Hamilton Standard LVDT, which was incorporated into design drawings.
Robert holds a degree from College of Aeronautics in La Guardia APT, Flushing. Outside of his professional endeavors, Robert is an avid musician.
Lina spearheads operational support for the production team. Her primary focus revolves around ensuring top-tier product quality and aligning production processes with customer requirements.
Prior to her tenure at Sylhan, Lina served as the Production Manager at Communication Wireless Group (CWG). Her experience there fortified her expertise in overseeing production operations, contributing significantly to the company's success.
Based in Medford, Lina brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a commitment to excellence to her position. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending her spare time watching Grey’s Anatomy and cooking shows.
Ivan is at the forefront of enforcing Sylhan's exacting quality standards. His adeptness in overseeing quality control within engineering and production processes ensures product excellence and surpasses customer expectations. Ivan's leadership is pivotal in fostering and enhancing the company's culture of quality.
Ivan’s rich background includes positions such as Production Manager at Nameplate Manufacturers of America, ME & CMM Programmer at Davis Aircraft, and Quality Manager at both Russel Plastics and Aljo-Gefa Precision.
An alumnus of the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a degree in Visual Communications, Ivan is also an outdoor enthusiast, family man, and respected "Coach Ivan" in professional and local circles.
Sharon is a dynamic force at Sylhan, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive critical initiatives in People, Strategy, and Execution. She plays a key role in enhancing performance at all levels, nurturing a culture geared towards continuous growth and success.
Sharon's rich leadership experience includes her former position as CEO of Performance Management Partners, Inc., and as a Chair at Vistage International, where she utilized her extensive background in M&A, strategy, and organizational development. Her adeptness in spearheading turnarounds and handling significant P&L responsibilities has marked her career with notable success.
She holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA from the State University of New York, alongside a PMD from Harvard Business School. Sharon's excellence has earned her spots on the POWER 250 and POWER 100 Women lists by Buffalo Business First.
A committed community member, Sharon holds board positions with the 43North Foundation, Buffalo Niagara Partnership, and on the boards of various private entities.
Outside her professional sphere, Sharon enjoys building and fostering community and surprises many with her love for Hard Rock music.
